Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are and Why This Policy Exists

Nexvue Exteriors is a Denver-based exterior services company. When you visit our website, we want you to feel comfortable knowing exactly what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it's used. No surprises — just straight talk.

This policy covers anyone who visits our website or reaches out to us through it. By using our site, you're agreeing to what's described here.

2. What Information We Collect

What you share with us

If you fill out a contact form or request a quote, we collect only what you type in: typically your name, email address, phone number, and any project details you share. That's it. We don't ask for anything we don't need.

What gets collected automatically

Like most websites, ours uses a couple of standard tools that automatically gather some basic information about visitors — things like which pages were viewed, how long someone spent on the site, and what type of device they used. This helps us understand whether our website is working well and how people are finding us.

This kind of data doesn't tell us who you are — it's more like foot traffic counts in a store than a guest list. But we want you to know it happens.

3. The Tools We Use (and What They Track)

We use two third-party tools on our website. Both are very common, and you've likely encountered them on other sites.

  • Google Analytics: Tells us how many people visited our site, which pages were most popular, and how visitors found us. We use it purely to make our website better. Google collects this data through a cookie and handles it according to their own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: Helps us understand whether our Facebook or Instagram ads are working, and lets us show relevant ads to people who've visited our site. Meta handles this data according to their Data Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

If you'd rather not have this data collected, you can opt out via tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (Google) or facebook.com/ads/preferences (Meta). You can also use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) setting in privacy-focused browsers like Firefox or Brave — we honor that signal automatically.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use what we collect for straightforward reasons:

  • To get back to you when you reach out for a quote or with a question
  • To follow up on your project if you become a customer
  • To understand how our website is performing and where we can improve it
  • To see whether our advertising is reaching the right people

We don't use your information for anything automated that makes decisions about you, and we don't build profiles on individuals.

5. Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell your personal information. We don't share your name, email, or phone number with marketers, partners, or outside companies — period.

The only external sharing that happens is through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, which collect browsing behavior data on their own. We have no control over what Google or Meta do with that data — that's governed by their own privacy policies.

We may also share information if a law or court order requires us to.

6. Your Privacy Rights

If you're a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you real rights over your personal data:

  • Access: See what information we have about you
  • Correction: Fix any information that's incorrect
  • Deletion: Delete your information from our records
  • Portability: Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Opt Out: Stop the use of your data for targeted advertising

Just reach out to us (see Section 12) and we'll take care of it. We have 45 days to respond, and we won't treat you any differently for making a request.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We hold onto contact form submissions long enough to respond to your inquiry and handle any follow-up. If you become a customer, we'll keep your information on file while we're working together and for a reasonable period afterward.

Anonymous website analytics data (like page view counts) doesn't get deleted since it can't be connected back to any individual.

8. How We Protect Your Information

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, which means data traveling between your browser and our site is protected. We take reasonable precautions with any information you share with us.

That said, no website can guarantee 100% security. If you ever think something's off, please reach out to us right away.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, let us know and we'll delete it.

10. Links to Other Sites

If our site links to another website, this privacy policy stops at our front door. Those other sites have their own policies, and we'd encourage you to take a look at them before sharing any personal information there.

11. Updates to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top. We'd recommend checking back occasionally, especially if you're a returning visitor.

12. Questions? Reach Out.

We're happy to answer any questions about this policy or handle a privacy request.
